QES Academic Press is the scholarly publishing imprint of Quest Educational Services (Private) Limited, Pakistan. The Press was established to develop a responsible publishing platform for peer-reviewed journals and scholarly resources in health, pharmaceutical, biomedical and related research fields.
Our role is to provide the publishing infrastructure, policy framework and institutional support required for reliable scholarly communication while allowing each journal to maintain its own editorial leadership, scope and decision-making responsibilities.
Mission
To advance scholarly communication through rigorous editorial standards, responsible peer review, research integrity, durable publication records and meaningful support for researchers.
Vision
To develop QES Academic Press as a trusted scholarly publishing platform recognized for quality, transparency, ethical practice and service to research communities.
Core values
- Integrity and research ethics
- Scientific quality and methodological rigor
- Transparency and accountability
- Editorial independence
- Accessibility and responsible discoverability
- Fairness and researcher development
Governance and editorial independence
QES Academic Press separates publisher-level governance from manuscript-level editorial decisions. The publisher may establish standards for ethics, technology, production, legal compliance and publication infrastructure, but acceptance or rejection of individual manuscripts should remain the responsibility of the journal’s authorized editorial leadership.
Editors are expected to make decisions based on scholarly merit, relevance, methodological quality, ethical compliance and the journal’s stated scope. Commercial, personal or institutional interests should not override editorial judgment.
